FAQ - Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with
any products that we sell, we would like it returned. You have seven (7) days
to return it for a full refund less freight (must be returned in re-saleable
To return or exchange items you must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number, items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted nor credit given. Properly pack, insure and ship by prepaid shipping. If due to our error(s) we will refund reasonable ground shipping charges. Some private shipping company's charge handling fees, we do not reimburse these expenses. Returned items must be in original boxes and must be in re-saleable (new unused/ uninstalled) condition. Special order and electrical items are not returnable for refunds. Returns received after seven (7) days are subject to a restocking charge of 25% or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Any merchandise held over ten (10) days may not be returned unless there are defects in materials or workmanship
