FAQ - Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnight

This section may include the cost of each form of delivery as we update our site.

We ship items via United States Postal Service (most items 1 pound or less), or UPS (most items over 1 pound) however we do use other carriers occasionally.

The delivery confirmation number from the USPS will not be traceable until actually delivered (so if it shows delivered and you haven't received it you should contact the USPS to find out why).

If we ship using (1st Class/Priority Mail) delivery confirmation only shows when the item was dropped off/label printed and when its actually deliveryed, it does not show real time status.  Generally you should receive the item in 1 to 7 days but can take longer.

If shows that the item was delivered, but you have not received it, you should contact your local post office.

While we prefer to ship UPS or Fedex for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International. (including Canada & Mexico) We will ship United States P
ostal Service International Express, Global Priority, or Parcel Post Air. We suggest you look at the site for estimates based on our zip code of 91793. Contact us for your package item weight.

Any damage or claim for damage/missing items must be reported to the shipping agency/service IMMEDIATELY and without delay. Save all packaging and other materials and we will assist in processing the claim.
