ION BLUE bulbs have a dichotic coating producing bluish light with some rainbow effects at the edges.

CLEAR bulbs in Premium versions have more light using the same wattage, and high wattage versions for maximum light possible.
UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE,
ALL BULB PRICES ARE EACH.
ALL WATTAGES ARE ACTUAL WATTAGE, NOT THE CLAIMED 55W = 85W
Premium or +30%/+50% bulbs produce 20-50% more light while still using the same wattage. This is achieved using a more precise filament placement and gas mixture. Improvement is most noticeable in the foreground or distance lighting.
Prior to installation, it always a good idea to wipe the glass surface with a clean lint free cloth and rubbing alcohol regardless of whether or not the glass surface was touched by your fingers.
